2021-07-09 05:37:06 +0000 UTCThe first time around I actually thought that the swamp demon thought Tanjirou was the one who (somehow) gave Nezuko a lot of blood for her to grow strong. I thought he had that thought bcz the idea of a demon that doesn’t eat blood/humans to grow strong is so absurd. But obviously now knowing more info this makes more sense

His blood is what turns them and so he was also the one who killed Tanjiro's family and turned Nezuko. The power level of a demon depends entirely on how much of Muzan's blood they recieved and how many humans they've devoured.
