The Eldians have been brainwashed to believe they're evil by nature due to their ancestors conquering humans( so the story goes). The Marleyans use Eldians as soldiers and expendable tools and in return, the Eldians can get some small form of redemption. It's a really crappy situation for Eldians.

Eren has 2 because Grisha ate founding when he already had attack. You should know that.

The kids we saw now are warrior candidates (they are identified with the yellow arm band) who are trained eldians who will be chosen to inherit the armored titan their last test in order to chose who will inherit the armored was to be in the front line of this war that’s why they were fighting

A lot of reactors have been getting bombarded with spoilers from the manga in their comments by people who are trying to ruin reactions on purpose. If you don't already I would get a moderator or just avoid the comments completely going forward

Marley is pushing the idea that the Eldians were once a tyrannical race that believed in ethnic cleansing under the rule of the devil Ymir. Grisha believed that Ymir was benevolent and helped the people prosper, but he has no concrete evidence to back this up, that's just what he decided to believe because he believes in Ymir.
