Orochimaru has the strangest redemption arc ever, but he's totally hilarious and enjoyable in Boruto. Probably one of my fave characters. You guessed correct about Mitsuki.

He had returned to konoha and lived normally during that time. He left AFTER but she was too young while he was there to have concrete memories
