MC Server Interaction Gauge! (Vote)

I am still hoping to get the Patreon Minecraft server up and running within the next week or so, but wanted to gauge interest as I am going to be paying for a server and need to know how much leeway I need in terms of how big of a server this will be. (More people playing means I need to purchase a bigger server)
As a reminder, this MC server will be available to the Jōnin tier and higher and will be an open world with basic rules, but most things will be fair game. If there is enough interest for it, I will add factions in order for you to form your own villages and what not, but it will start off with basic Naruto additions.
