This anime is one of the best media about depression I have ever seen. I can feel the hopelessness trying to keep someone alive who sees nothing worthwile in life, but you care for her (I am not even sure if Shiori understands how much she really cares about her) and can't let her go just like that. This is so tough. Meanwhile, animation, ost, direction, storytelling, character building.. this is a masterpiece to me.
