Nia's VA is one of my all time faves however she hasn't done any new roles in a long time. If you'd like to see her more in action with her voice, I recommend watching Gunbuster, but you'd also have to watch Diebuster first. Since you're basically going backwards from Kill la Kill to TTGL then Die/Gunbuster would be the next most fitting entry

Nia putting her hands on the controls so she can be the physical support for him to pilot Lagann; nobody accused this show of being subtle, but I love loud and overt imagery and symbolism in anime.
