Nia's design is a one of a kind treasure that Gainax/Trigger was able to bless us with. I have yet to find another character design similar to hers.

Nia's "Are you aware of who I am?" in contrast to Kamina's "Who the hell do you think I am?", she's got some Team Gurren energy cooking, just a different flavor.
