StableCascade Master Tutorial - Faster inference speed and better quality for text-to-image

Local installation:
1. Download STABLE-CASCADE_AUTO_INSTALL.bat and launcher (LAUNCHER - CASCADE.bat)
2. Create a new folder on your computer and put the installation program into it
3. Start the installer
4. After the installation is complete, unzip file of previewer in Stable-Cascade.and place the launcher (LAUNCHER - CASCADE.bat) into the StableCascade folder and double-click it every time you start StableCascade!
5. Have fun
Running StableCascade locally requires your graphics card to have a memory of 20gb
