Satsuki's speech circles all the way back to the episode Mako's family became rich and *cough* LOST THEIR WAY *cough* and is, I think, one of the central themes of Kill La Kill, you cannot overtrow a system from inside. If you become part of a system you will end up asimilated by it bc you will have to play by its rules in order to acumulate the power you need in order to be in a position of power high enough to subvert it but by that point you will be on a vicious cycle were YOU need the system
