2025-09-10 19:50:37 +0000 UTCCelty was able to "talk" in season 1 because her emotions were heightened, and she didn't talk so much as her voice was projected to everyone. Also, there is apparently there is a spin-off story featuring Izaya and his recovery, but the author hasn't updated it for many years now. Even though he's a scumbag and his backstory wasn't as in-depth as others, he is still my favorite.
