2025-08-28 21:46:09 +0000 UTCThe plot intensifies! 1. The thing with th bird is an actual familiar's function. Normally a Familiar is just a bird, cat or dog with whom the user can share senses. 2. Ea have never had a name. Since it is said it was created with the genesis of the world, where the concept of sword didn't exist and no one was there to give it a name. So the name that Gilgamesh use is the actual name, Ea. It was the first name the sword recieved. While Enuma Elish is the maximum output of said Noble Phantasm. So yeah, there is not such a thing as "Ea would be more powerful with his true name". The true name is Ea, and there is not any other name for it. 3. Regarding the "monkey pawn" of the Grial in the normal worlds. It's not actually like that, is just that the Grial is a massive accumulation of Magical Energy. So the user have to know a way to use all that Magical Energy to grant their with. Even with Angra Mainyu polluting the Grial, that principal has not change. If he sugested to Kiritsugu to kill every single human except for his wife and daughter is because that is the only thing Kiritsugu knows how to do. Another example is Amakusa, his Grial was not polluted but the principle is the same. The Grial being just a lot fo Magical Energy, but he knew how to use it. So he activated the Third Magic, Heaven's Feel and ordered the Grial to use it in all of humanity.
