It's kinda different from manga just like when the bdsm scene that more erotic in the manga and when Aki and other Bitter Ganache member actually squeeshz Tina's chest in the manga. And they don't include Tina's hands and wrist got hurt when they playing together in the beginning of this episode. They just skip it
