Jaguar is a Goddess. A Divine Spirit is basically a God that have died once or a human that ascended to Divinity (Like Artoria on Camelot). Think of them as a version of Heroic Spirits but for Gods. Human-Heroic Spirit, God-Divine Spirit. And almost every Goddess in Babylonia is a Divine Spirit, that's why they can be summoned. And the part of Holmes is actually something that happend on the Camelot Singularity. Yeah, it was removed from the movies.
