I'm alive! Sorry if I worried anyone, I had a few complications with the last two pages, mostly that they got a complete rewrite!
I also wanted to sketch up the last two pages together to get a coherent and well designed ending for the story, and since from the entire comic making that is the hardest part it took up my entire month to finish it before I realized it!
For the changes: Some that have read the early script for the comic noticed the changes in the Otterton's dialogue. Originally they were meant to know Nick and Emmitt being the one that told Nick about the little cave that Judy and Nick started stake out in. I changed my mind and decided that it would be for continuity's sake if they would meet Nick for the first time here, as the overall premise of the story is how Judy and Nick were hiding their relationship from the public until today, and the metaphor of interspecies romances still being a bit weird that not everyone feels comfortable to put on public display may resonate better with many.
Rewriting the dialogue was the hardest part, as I only had 2 pages, I couldn't have lengthy introductions without filling up the pages with walls of texts. I wanted to keep it short but not awkwardly tight-lipped, I needed the conversation to still feel real. I hope I achieved that!
I promised that since the hardest sketching up phase has been finished both these pages will be completed in July! I also really hope to deliver many more fun things to you all this summer!
