As always, answering your questions without spoiler of the show: 1. In Fate/Grand Order there is no Greater or Lesser Grials. Only complete Grials. Since this is not a Holy Grial War and it doesn't work with the system of the Grial Wars. Also, the Grial is just a comon term in the Nasuverse to refer to big cumulus of Magical Energy. So yeah, they're pretty much collecting the source of the Magical Energy that is distorting history. 2. Yeah, Enkidu is androginous. More specifically, they don't have a gender since they are just clay. He just took the form of a human and the face of the woman who he first make contact. 3. Servants are soul eaters. Since they are incorporal beings that cannot wisthand their own existence they need Magical Energy to function, and Magical Energy in the most basic level is just life force. So devouring souls gives them energy.
