The manga has 108 chapters and the anime technically adapts up to chapter 36, but based on what I read just now it is recommend to start with chapter 30 when continuing with the manga after watching the anime. Apparently the anime remixed 30-36 a bit. Sadly it's been far too long since I read the manga to make my own judgement here, so this was based on a reddit comment.
