That was an incredibly funny first episode. Splitting it up between a segment which feels like it was specifically created as a "first segment of the second anime season" kind of deal as well as a new girlfriend is an interesting directing choice certainly. - So yeah, the OP is sung by all of the girlfriends together and they're even credited as "Rentaro Family" for the OP singer credit. - The ED is also sung by some of the VAs of girlfriends - not all however. Including Amane Shindou (Kurumi Haraga) and Rie Takahashi as well as others. - I saw one to me completely familiar animator in Yuu Yoshiyama, a known star action animator from the Precure series.
