Dungeon Meshi! One open end and now... to be continued! Well, it was great to finally have an experience with an anime story in a fantasy medieval and D&D world and it surely won't be my last... though I suppose I might have to seek something which feels a bit lighter to swallow than this (not that the concept of eating monsters isn't light already). - 31:12: When the OP included both OP and ED credits together... I suppose that was rather easy to conclude that it would just end off without anything at the end. - 58:20: How used are we as anime viewers that the original source material of an anime in a manga etc. is not finished by the time we get an anime of it? To put something in addition to what Without A Net said... the original manga ran for almost 10 years from February 2014 to September 2023 with 111 chapters (yes, the original source did finish before the anime even started airing publicly... though of course the anime was in production whilst it still was running with the first episode even being shown as a preview at Anime Expo in 2023).
