I love Mett, which is raw pork. It is safe and totally delicious. Sure, it has to be consumed on the same day it was made and there are a ton of guidelines for it but really, if you ever come to Germany, you have to taste a Mettbrötchen (bread bun with Mett)

The thing takao did was fool the other dr to break in. I don't even think they got major evidence there, it was mostly fooling him to break the law so they can arrest him. Then they'll get a warrant to check his clinic. That's how I understood it. But yeah, I'm no expert either.
