- 27:23: Whilst they didn't directly mention the tournament format by name, there was the bracket seen in the previous episode when each spot was chosen by lottery and the Oarai School got to the 8th spot. VAs time and for this time, the Hippo Team (how I have waited for the team names to actually come and be introduced for this) - still no idea if I could just mention their names without problem: - The girl with the short dark brown hair and the red scarf is voiced by Eri Sendai (仙台エリ) who also voices Yukari's mother which we see in this episode. - The girl with the short blonde hair, brown eyes and most importantly German Field Marshal cap alongside the most obviously military uniform as her casual outfit is voiced by Satomi Moriya (森谷里美). - The short girl with mid-length unruly black hair, tieded in to little ponnytail on the end... is voiced by Ayuru Ohashi (大橋歩夕). - The medium-seized girl, with long red-brown hair and dark brown eyes, but she always have left eye closed and wears a red headband tided into ribbon on the back side as well as long dark red stockings... is voiced by Yuka Inoue (優佳井上) who notably has not voiced any anime character outside of her.

"Are all of the schools Japanese?" - Yes, all schools in this TV series are Japanese high schools. That's why the tournament is the "National" tournament, it's the Japanese National High School Senshado Tournament. So all the high schools are Japanese, but themed after different countries (except Ōarai Girls' Academy, our main girls' school, which doesn't have a theme and is more of a hodgepodge of tanks from different countries).

Potential History's videos are a great watch after the series and movie. Here is a quick rundown of Oarai's teams, from now on they are called by their mascot names: Anglerfish - Panzer IV Turtle - Student Council - 38(t) Duck - Volleyball Club - Type 89 Hippo - History Club - Stug III Rabbit - Freshmen - M3 Lee Also, the national tournament is Flag Tank rules, not Total Annihilation. The goal is to eliminate the one tank with flag, but eliminating guns from the fight does help when you school only has 5 tanks when you are allowed 10.
