It seems that Gungnir and the Spear of Longinus are one and the same in Symphogear.. probably Gungnir by origin, the dialog said that it originally did not have the power to kill a god associated with it, but after it was used to stab Jesus on the cross, and was associated with that, it took on the conceptual powers of Deicide.

It was really a situation where Hibiki's "we should talk rather than fight" would've been a good idea, especially for Prelati who just wanted to warn her friend. It was great to see at least Saint-German got to team up with Hibiki though, that team up was so good.
