But there also used to be multiple Love Lives per year. We know that School Idols are growing in popularity, so these are really just restrictions for time. That also means that Wien can never literally beat Liella in Love Live in her current state, which in a way she never specified it had to be Love Live. At this point it's only her pride holding her back from Liella, so the intra-school preliminary is perfect for her.
