All of the girls so far have references to how they act/their personality in their names. Karane is literally "ja nai ndakara ne", part of the classic Tsundere phrase. Shizuka as a word literally means "Silent", because she doesn't talk. Hakari is a lot more complicated and punny but if you want more specifics I can link you a reddit comment that goes over every Season 1 GF in way more detail, it's pretty interesting lol.
