Jeannie FINISHED

Hi!

Presenting you the last model of my October 2024 release, here's Jeannie, from I Dream of Jeannie. I made this model in my spare time because I think the character is super funny and sexy, and I decided to release it this month. I know there are some Jeannie fans out there, and I hope this model makes her justice :)

She'll be released on October 2, 2024.

The good thing is that all the pillows are already separated, and so is the lamp! The base might be the biggest problem, but if it fits your build area, I believe you'll be good to go.

Torrida Minis

Thank you for the offer! It's likely that a 1:4 scale Jeannie and her lamp will need to be separated from the base. And, it's likely that the pillows might need separated from the base -- although not all of them from one another. Otherwise, this model probably won't fit (with supports) within the 218.88 x 123.12 x 250 mm build volume of my Elegoo Saturn 2.

Great surprise choice, such a great tribute to a beautiful woman that wouldn't normally get this love given how old the show is. It is a great pose choice, but man, she was so photogenic, I wouldn't have minded multiple poses for her.

Not to pile on, but I also disagree. But everyone has an opinion. It's not a perfect likeness - it bears a tiny bit of the artist in it like all the sculptures do... but is a very good one. If you print her out, I am confident its close enough that any differences you see can be fixed in the paint work.

Ron Barrett

Like I said, not a complaint.

The Gaijin Gringo

That's great! I was very excited to know what people would think of this model, since this was a personal favorite character for me, and it's great to know that painting it could be a fun challenge to other people :)

Torrida Minis

She's an older character, from a sitcom that aired in the 60's, of which my mother was very fond of, that's how I came to know her too. She does fit the harem theme very well, though! :D

Torrida Minis

Oh, thank you! She'll come in the usual 1/10 scale, but since she's sitting down, it's easier to scale her up like this. If you need any help with extra cuts, though, please let me know ;)

Torrida Minis

Thank you very much :D

Torrida Minis

Thank you! Jeannie was a gorgeous character, and since I started this Patreon I had her in mind for a model.

Torrida Minis

Thank you!

Torrida Minis

I appreciate your feedback, nevertheless. I really tried my best in this model, and I wasn't even in a hurry or anything. I simply reached my skill limit.

Torrida Minis

This one is gonna be fun to paint. I cant wait :D

Autodr

Not familiar with the character, but she looks great and I think she’ll be a great fit with the ladies from your Sweet Harem diorama from earlier. I’ll have to think of some extension so I can integrate her into it!

Antti Mikko Autio

I think that you've done a great job with Jeannie. Hopefully, she's a fairly large figure and/or nicely scalable. Thank you so much!

Thomas Willmitch

Very nice indeed.

Greyermine

Sorry, but I disagree if about Jeannie. Barbara Eden changed her looks for the character. When you looked at a publicity photo from the show, this is pretty close. Hard to say though from just the pictures. But I think it's a good likeness. There are others out there that are not even close.

Jim Grant

she looks great. well done

shiney

Just an observation, definitely not a complaint, but it doesn't look much like Barbara Eden.

The Gaijin Gringo

What a great job! Certainly a figure, I didn't know I needed until now.
