Aunt Cass printing doubt

I had one patron ask me this about an Aunt Cass' presupported file:
"I've had 3 print fails now on the presupported counter for Aunt Cass. It peels away about a third to a half of the way through. Thought you might want to know in case other people are having the same issues."
I was wondering if anybody else experienced the same issue, to see if we can help him out.

On the mini version, the feet are "very strongly supported", and you definitely need to cut those supports off with a knife. Haven't tried other parts yet.

2022-11-08 10:45:48 +0000 UTCI was the one having issues, I ended up supporting it myself with more robust supports and it printed just fine. My printer is tuned, so that's not an issue.
