New $20 Tier Now Live! Plus December Game Poll Results!

As of yesterday, all of the new changes to the Patreon Tiers, including the Brand New $20 Tier, are live! Make sure you check out this post, covering both the new tier and the changes to the old ones, if you haven't done so already. Also, a Special shoutout to Asa T.! Thanks for being the very first patron of the new $20 tier! 

For those interested in the new tier, the first new reward (The 4k Wallpapers Pack), should be posted tonight! The SFW wallpaper is already 100% finished, but I'm making some final tweaks to the NSFW wallpaper, due to being unhappy with the lighting in the original render.  At the latest, even if I have to rerender it a third time, it will be up tomorrow. The first comic will be posted sometime mid-month, as I want that to be roughly the point where it's posted each month. With switching to one larger release per month, I want there to still be plenty of mid-month content for people to enjoy :-). The new High-Speed Download links for the $20 tier will be tested with the upcoming Chastity Quest release, even if technically that build is a November release that's simply overrun. It actually works out well, since I'm expecting some awkwardness to the first use of MASV, as it's an entirely new setup for me. That way, by the time the actual December release of Chastity Quest hits, I will hopefully have worked out any hiccups in the process.

Chastity Quest - 118 Votes

Haven's Port - 89 Votes

Soooo, the percentage winner  (Chastity Quest) was also the actual winner this time, and by a definitive but not overwhelming margin. For those that wanted to see Chastity Quest updated! Congratulations! For those that wanted to see Haven's Port...if it makes you feel any better I commiserate with you, as I myself am one of the people that voted for Haven's Port :-). Not that I dislike Chastity Quest, obviously, I'm the one that writes the thing! It's just that I currently enjoy working on Haven's Port more, mostly because I've come to purely loathe working with the engine Chastity Quest is built on. That and the fact it's purely my own work, without borrowing art assets from elsewhere, makes me happier with it, overall, as that's a major step forward for me.

Regardless, I think this is a case where both sides have won a bit. Chastity Quest will be updated first...but between the Holidays and the overrun of the previous Chastity Quest build into this month, it won't be quite as massive as the new dev cycle will produce going forward. Still much bigger than previous builds mind you, to the point that I'm aiming to totally finish up the New Landing content in December, but slightly smaller than future builds on this new pattern will look like. Which means, in turn, that the first game to see the true full fruits of the new development cycle will be Haven's Port in January, meaning that those who voted for that game have won a small, unknown and unexpected, victory as well ;-)!

Hopefully, no one is too upset by the way things have gone!
