Added 2021-05-15 00:16:38 +0000 UTCThe winner of my second May poll was Faye Valentine, from Cowboy Bebop. I spent the last few days taking a look at a few of her most iconic poses, and also at some of her other statues, and as usual, it was hard to decide the best one. However, after watching a few of her scenes, I found this really nice pose in which she's shooting at a moving car, and I fell in love with it.
Here you can see the rough model with only the sculpted head and hair.
I'm still thinking about the base. Right now, it's going to be a car seat, pretty much like the one in the scene itself. If you think it would be weird to not have the entire car in the sculpture, I'm thinking I could replace the seat with some regular obstacles. But I'm going for the seat until then.
