Alice Blowjob 2

Whew! This one fought me more than a little. I got through the lines stage pretty quick...but ended up getting 80% of the way through the shading phase when I realized that the original version make poor Alice look like she was a 50-year old. A good looking 50-year old, sure, but still waaaayyy to old for Alice (who's supposed to be in her late 20s). I ended up doing some fairly heavy tweaking to her eyes and face mid-shading, which is always a total pain in the ass to do at that stage. Still, the end result is pretty decent, aside from (you guessed it) needing a 'wet' effect in obvious places. Still, with this I've gotten about 95% through the art goal for April, having all 5 images essentially done, but with 4 of those images needing that small 'wet effect' addition. And considering I actually DID try a new wet effect...it just looked kinda 'blah,' that means I pretty much kept right on schedule...and simply didn't anticipate needing to try more than one new approach there. Overall, I'd call that a win.

I'm also about 3000 words into the short story for the month, with a good chance of finishing it later today and editing it tomorrow. Depending on how the remainder of it goes, it might be a bit on the shorter side for one of my shorts. Not because I don't have more planned for it, but because there wouldn't be a good stopping point for the part if I kept going. Still, I'm expecting it to hit at least 4,500 words, which is close to the 5k mark that is my general target. And depending on how things go, it could properly hit the 5k mark. 

After that, if I have time...I'm thinking I might start working on an extra as a thank you for all the new patrons coming in. I'm still debating between fixing up Transformation Estate and adding a couple of thousand more words to it, or making an art piece of Katrina from DoL:Merchant Princess. I'm leaning toward the art piece, a little....but the problem there is that both parts of that short will remain $5+ exclusives until the end of next month. Making it a little iffy as a reward for All Patrons. If I do the other, though, it's likely to take more time, since I'll be diving straight into the DoL's Build 3 on the first of the month. Actually, I'm already sketching out rooms of Build 3, so things will go smoothly once I switch back over to it for the first half of the month. (For the newbies that haven't figured it out yet, I spend the first 15ish days of the month creating and releasing the DoL Build and the latter half of the month working on the next update for The Sexy Cosplay Cafe).
