How often are you actually HERE, now…with your consciousness just being in the moment…immersing yourself in the breath and being..
Some ways that I like to really drop into the now are:
breath above all else is key, slowing down your exhales is the key..box breathing…
Focus on my senses, what can I smell? Name the things I can hear?
Trace my fingertips on my body, my arms and thighs, bringing presence to my skin…
Sound? What am I listening to? A song that I really flow into and journey with? Dance?
Rubbing my earlobes - a trick to slow down
Witnessing and watching the natural world around me..the shimmer of the leaves with the rain, the sound of rain on the roof, light codes bouncing through spiders webs…
Being present is so important because everything is birthed from the present moment, the vibration you operate on in the NOW, sets out a ripple effect/affect into the universe, setting a vibrational reaction out into the cosmos…so how do you wish to feel right now? Present, peaceful, powerful…
