Cellular activation!!!

As we are in the peak of winter here in the southern hemisphere, I feel inspired and eager to share the cellular activation that I have been beautifully reminded of with the briskness of the weather…

When we focus on ourselves as conscious embodiments of source it is often hard to differentiate between where our bodies end and where the external reality starts and this is something I like to toy with often… Have you pondered on this before?

When we recognise the union we are with everything around us we surrender further into the experiences the senses activated through pleasures and the bliss of feelings within this physical reality…

A beautiful example and a way to immerse yourselves through the senses is skinny-dipping in natural baths of water either the beach or a river or a dam maybe a lake?

When you recognise that through the activation of each cell the awakening within each cell the expansion of the DNA begins… The arousal and activation of the cells within the body as an ignition for expansion into its highest potential, our highest potential!!

So in what ways do you surrender into the union of you and source and where do you vulnerably immerse yourself into the reality around you to experience life through the senses?
