Do you know what is such a beautiful act of rebellion? A true revolutionary act these days?

To love yourself…to show your soul, your body, your mind and your heart the love that YOU deserve. Do you allow yourself the time and energy to intentionally show/feel love?

What do you love about yourself? Write a list and journal on it, feel into and reflect on all the beautiful things you love about who you are..

How do you fill yourself with love? Fill up your cup in order to pour and give to others?

Do you meditate on the vibration of love within your heart? Do you bath your face in the sun and say thanks? Do you feed yourself nourishing organic meals cooked with love? Do you give yourself time to lay on the grass and read the symbols in the stars?

Loving yourself is an act of rebellion in a world that has tried to drown us in the alternate…
