Self Pleasure in Relationships and the importance individually and mutually.....

In life we all have this urge, this soul driven pull to connect - to intentionally connect with self, with source, to experience self pleasure and sexual union and vibration on the highest transcendental frequency of bliss....

We are all our own energy centres, we all experience our own emotions and we all have our own desires...

Being radically honest is the first tip I can share when it comes to connecting with yourself and with another whether it be in relationship in sexual union and play. To feel comfortable and safe to explore your own desires, to get to know your own body and to feel comfortable and at peace with the connection that you have with yourself and with source internally through self pleasure is always the goal…

I’d like to say one thing that really changed my understanding of self pleasure in a relationship. “You cannot expect a lover to touch your body in ways you want to feel, if you don’t even touch yourself in those ways”

To truly recognise that source connection is internal, slowing down to be able to be with yourself and your body…allowing yourself the time as a sacred ritual to self pleasure is just as important as pleasuring yourself and another during sexual union and play.

It is a healthy connection that should be encouraged, a natural exploration of yourself, your body and your own pleasure…allowing yourself time to explore and get to know your body- the power and energy that can be activated with your own touch!

Respecting each other, as individuals and removing this limiting, discouraging of self exploration within relationships…

And to do so? Radical honesty is key, I’ll say it again. Always speak your truth, what do you truly desire? How do you desire to feel? What do you desire to experience?

Then exploration and self pleasure with one another becomes so powerful because of the self awareness of one’s own power source…

The god particle within, the sacred sensual self, the sacred kundalini rising!!!
