As a tantrika, i study and dedicate my life to living a tantric existence..what does that mean? It means to live with presence and find pleasure in ALL of life and what it has to offer.. It is about opening myself up as the conduit of source that i am..to receive from the other realms as i crack my soul open to source..

This full moon in Leo felt called me into my body, to honour my temple and to live as the great goddess and open myself to source.. through kundalini yoga, breathwork and somatic bodywork to move energy in motion through my body...

Chants and mantras, mudras and yantras to draw me deeper into transcendental states and further into thy self...

Beeswax candles, singing bowls and cleansing my crystals in the moonlight..tantric drums and night time ragas that flow through the humid evening air along with the smoke of frankincense.. a ceremony fit for a queen...

I encourage you to connect to the sacredness of self, take the time to be with the bigger picture of existence and honour yourself through breath and body work..allowing yourself to be and flow with the cycles of la luna like our ancestors did for thousands of years...
