Humping and Hips...

Remember, releasing any tension or tightness in hips through simple slow movement is key in opening and expanding your ability to hold pleasure! 

I encourage you to intuitively slow down, put some music on and roll out your hips, stretch and hold poses, releasing any tension and using the breath as a guide.. So hump and roll and connect to your hips, feel the energy and allow it to flow..
