Every morning i have multiple practises and rituals that align me with my highest vibration, my herbal intake is one of them. You are what you consume and so i ensure and encourage herbal intake dependent on what intuitively feels right for you.
These change as the seasons do etc, however this is my base go to for maintaining and focusing on my health and happiness;

propolis- another beloved bee product!! i add daily to my water.

apple cider vinegar with mother-stomach health is happiness!! 90%+ of seretonin starts in the stomach. Antimicrobial.
gotu kola, brahmi, gingko biloba, st johns wort and other herbal teas!! Brain cognition, hormone balance, memory.. the list goes on!
Mushroom mix of lionsmane, turkeytail, reishi, cordyceps etc..
Chlorophyl in my water ( make sure all water is filtered for fluoride!! -it calcifies the pineal gland..) its a great heavy metal detox.
