Taking the time to be with your body, feeling Into any tension or tightness.. where in your body can you feel energy that needs to be released?

Maybe it’s tightness in the hips, an ache in the shoulder.. wherever your tension or tightness stores it is up to you to intentionally give time, and breath to release somatically..

Through slow, soft movement and expansion you are able to slowly release tightness in the muscle and use your breath as the tool it is in aiding release..

Do you intentionally use your breath to release and transmute through tightness in your body?

You might find after allowing the time to release energy ( and any emotion that might arise with it) a deeper connection with your body as a clear conduit..

As emotion or tension rises- ask yourself to forgive others and I.. allow time and space to feel in order to heal.

The body does keep the score, so speak and breathe, affirm and acknowledge energy as you intentionally release slowly..

Sensual embodiment often arises for me after I am able to release any energy that no longer serves me..

The breeze on my bare bum, the sunshine kissing my face and the feeling of bouncing back activates my life force energy as I feel cleansed and realigned in my highest activation!!!
