As i swim and soak my skin and soul in the sunshines rays i feel so at home in my heart.

I encourage you to get to your closest body of water, whether it be the waves of mama ocean, an ancient river,lake, water way or even a beautiful bath or shower- allow yourself to feel cleansed and activated by the life force energy stored within the consciousness of water itself.

Water holds vibration, and everything is energy- so you could imagine what bathing in an ancient river does for your consciousness, mind and heart.. It expands you deeper into the love that you are and evolves your awareness.

What does a sacred water ritual look like to you?

Is it taking your journal, a cacoa, some plant medicine and breath work by the creek? A date with your subconscious and soul?

When can you give yourself the time and energy to practise the sacred ritual of a water cleanse?
