As we have shifted seasons here in the Southern Hemisphere I have felt the shift internally also. Have you? As I am really immersing myself into the ancient tantric studies I have taken time to ensure I am present and truly FEELING the pleasure in order to share and guide others how to find that power internally too..

The juicy expansion of my soul is so obvious- I feel the transitions and I am grateful I have prioritised my energy and time to realign and open deeper to the love that I am- and I encourage you to do that same...

When do you consciously take time to be with your feelings, and slow your energy down to FEEL? And simply BE?

Busy week ahead!! as the new moon in Virgo is burning me to tick off the physical (earthly) creations I feel intuitively called to..

The weeks focuses are
