How do you receive love? Do you accept it openly and gratefully or do you feel a tension or blockage of ‘unworthiness’ arise?

You are worthy of all the love in the universe, because you are all the love in the universe. Truly you’re an embodiment of love. So how do you love yourself?

Do you take time to make love to your body, reaching levels of pleasure and riding the waves of ecstasy.

Do you massage and moisturise your body and face, do you repeat affirmations with such a sense of belief? You are enough, you are worthy, you are loved and love.

Give yourself love, learn to love ALL of you- the sides you have hidden out of shame, show them love too. Yin and yang. Balance. Love yourself entirely.

Speak words of love. Eat food of the highest vibration. Love your mind, care for your body, enjoy yourself in this existence and immerse yourself into pleasure in all aspects of life!!

What acts of love do you wish to receive? A home cooked dinner by candlelight? An oil massage? A date to the river? Your skin to be traced and lightly teased with a feather? Give it all to yourself.. love yourself entirely, you deserve it, you are worthy of it all.
