I set my intentions of activation of my sacral chakra, arousal of my kundalini and with it an abundance of creativity and sacred life force energy rises. I set my intentions into my red carnelian yoni egg, an aligned activating crystal that I hold within my yoni as journey.

I journey into my ritual with breathwork, kundalini yoga, pc squeezes and perineum massage to activate my internal meridian system of energy that flows upwards towards my crown, activating and awakening each chakra as it does.

Affirming my intentions, coming back to slow intentional movement and arousing my sacred sex centre allows me to expand with an abundance of creativity.

Whether it’s through yoni egg activation, or perineum massage and pc squeeze breathwork- there are multiple ways to arouse and awaken your kundalini and sacred sexual energy and I always recommend intuitively feeling when you and your body are wanting and ready for activation.
