Think of it like a battery, a power source. Rather than giving it away, releasing quick, recognise how you can rise that energy up through your body and feel extended satisfaction.
Drawing it upwards from your primal energy centres, and rather than focusing on releasing outwards, pull that energy into the higher realms of consciousness.
You are in control. You are powerful and your sexual energy is sacred.
