This is trillion years late!!! Chloe didnt think that Lucifer would survive that, because he is vulnerable around Chloe. So basically Chloe has always seen Lucifer vulnerable and never invulnerable so from her perspective she didnt "believe" that Lucifer survived the whole explotion, because of that.
