There are lots of clues at the end that Jinx is alive (there's a pink streak leading out of the explosion which is what Jinx's shimmer trail looks like when she moves fast and Caitlyn was looking at the blueprints of the hexgates to hint that jinx used a vent to escape. In episode 1 Powder also says she's gonna ride in an airship one day. Then they show one in the ending scene hinting maybe she has left Piltover to start a new life. Like Silco said the cycle only ends when you find the will to walk away.
