2024-08-27 11:34:50 +0000 UTCI don't think that's true. Flash time is a completely different ability like phasing, or his wind arms. It's a different type of speed that he goes into when he needs to. It's not like the show is giving us a new perspective into what it's like on his day to day runs. We've seen him run from star labs to a crime scene before and he talks to Cisco and Caitlyn through comms. If your theory was true his running and his mouth would be moving at different speeds. His day to day running is like a second for him too, flash time is a something completely different ability that he taps into, it's not how it is everytime he uses his speed. He has had contact carrying people while he's running and they never experienced flash time like iris did in the courtroom in this episode because it's not the same thing.
