if you do decide to watch the first four seasons, after youre done with them watch season 9 episode 10 but only that one episode, there is a huge time skip between end of season 4 and season 9 episode 10 and there will be a few characters you don’t know but that episode really does tie up The Flash’s storyline and in my opinion, they should have ended season 4 with the events of season 9 episode 10

The evidence is he's a man who was in the room with his wife and then his wife was killed, with no evidence of anyone else being there. I wouldn't count a kids testimony that they saw a lightning storm in a room as evidence they'd just say he's seeing stuff and coping with loss etc. So unless you have verifiable proof there was another person in there there isn't enough reasonable doubt
