I've always thought it was kind of unbalanced that Rami has access to all of Ruwen's memories, powers, etc, but Ruwen doesn't have access to all of Rami's powers. Truthfully, he doesn't even need all of Rami's powers - Just indexing would be enough! His mentality dwarfs everyones, but he doesn't have the tools to really use any of it without depending on his friends.
