2023-10-28 07:18:56 +0000 UTCThe Minor Prelude of Heresy seems like a larger manifestation of the Divine Presence that Ruwen used in book 8 so that would at least be a something similar that he's seen before and he was able to suppress Sift who had a Level 2 soul at the time so if this can stop or slow all souls in the area of effect with this new ability it might be something he could develop on his own unless this is something completely different

" You specifically called this out in the previous chapter so you might want to eliminate one or the other depending on the way you want the story to go. It's really jarring to me right now
