2023-08-22 21:30:33 +0000 UTCI need to say that the implications of a intensely powerful weapon that has the caveat that it only damages its intended target and is weaker against every thing else are huge. That is so perfect for Ruwen, and will allow him to not worry so much about collateral damage. Might be something worth noting that Ruwen appreciates, cause I feel like that would be the kind of thing he notice and intentionally makes use of.
