The Eighth Harmony launched this week, and it did great. I realized on launch day that it was also the first day of PrimeDay. Fortunately, it didn’t tank the book, as I feared no one would be looking for books with so many distractions. I think it did hurt the book's ranking, but it could have been far worse.
Thank you to everyone who told their friends or made a post or reviewed the book. It means the world to me and ensures many more books will follow.
I posted the Prologue and three chapters of book 9 this week. As usual, the writing has started off slow as I’m not completely sure the best way to get the story across yet. I also spent a lot of time on the outline, as there are a ton of things that need to be addressed.
The Patreon comments for these early chapters have had the most comments and discussion I’ve seen, maybe ever. I think that bodes well for book 9, and it has already helped me clarify some things and brought my attention to items I missed.
Next week we should hopefully be back on our normal Friday night/Saturday morning release schedule.
The Prologue is open to all the advance chapter tiers.
I opened up chapter 1 to Root.
I opened up chapter 2 to Harvester.
I added chapter 3 to Step Master, Blapy’s Favorite, Divine, and Axiom.
