Added 2023-07-08 05:14:51 +0000 UTCThis book is now published on KU. KU has rules requiring no more than 10% of a book be available by other means. Due to this restriction, I have removed this chapter.
If you wish to continue reading, please email me and I will send you the *.epub file for you to add to your Amazon device.
I'm sorry if this inconveniences you in any way. I am only doing this so I can remain in the KU program.
Thanks for your understanding.

These comments are fantastic. It is too late now to change anything. I wish I'd at least hinted at my plans and explanations. Many of your questions will be answered in the prologue and chapter 1 of book nine.

2023-07-08 19:28:55 +0000 UTCThis is a really interesting insight. I had assumed that once the Pact was broken, it was nullified for all, but I can see how that would be undesirable. For instance, you could have one entity break the Pact, get punished, and still have the Pact in place for all other players. That would be the logical way to configure the language of the agreement. It really all depends on the exact phrasing of the Pact and to what extent the "breaking by one or a few" results in it becoming "null/void for all." As I recall, it's a soul oath, so I don't think it's a matter of simply deciding it no longer applies. Maybe the Adjudicator can declare it null/void if provided sufficient evidence of an egregious breach by a majority of the signatories? As an aside, I'm unsure if Ruwen still classifies as one of Uru's ascendants. He certainly was when he placed the explosion in his void band, but I think he's simply an apostate now. I assume that may put him in the same category as Lalquinrial--a divine entity who is not a signatory to the Pact? I'm unsure though.

It's the perfect for the other Deities if they know she is tied up they can do what they want without fear she will step in

2023-07-08 07:30:23 +0000 UTCThey are breaking the pact. That should free blapy from having to save the black pyramid as she can just vent the problem now. Well maybe not exactly noe but very soon.
